Biomes?

Welcome to the Minecraft biomes page! Here you can learn about the biomes the Minecraft has, I will keep it simple and list the most common biomes but there are many out there, downloading mods can even add new ones too!. As players play through Minecraft they are exploring different regoins such as the plains, Taiga, Desert, Wetlands and more. This is what makes minecraft unique, the biomes are randomly generated as part of our terrain generation systems built into the game. Some biomes are large and seem to go on forever and some are small about at 5 minute walk through. Different biomes offer different resources. Some of the biomes not listed or are in development from Microsoft are: Pale Gardens, Different types of oceans including, Deep ocean, Warm, ocean, Cold ocean, Frozen ocean, Mushroom fields, Cherry groves, Badlands, Nehter and End biomes. Each biome has its up and downs just like real life! Taiga biomes because of thier dark nature have more monsters and animals that spawn there. Artic biomes have things that spawn less often if at all, leaving players walking around trying to find a village or some food.
